Toledo School for the Arts Chamber Orchestra Concert:
TSA’s chamber orchestra and guest pianist Michael Peslikis will perform ragtime melodies, Dixieland tunes, civil war songs, spirituals, parlor songs and New Orleans jazz.

Feb. 1 | 7 p.m. | Main Library 
Open Book with Amanda Lucidon
Hear a presentation by and see an exhibit of photos of Michelle Obama taken by White House photographer Amanda Lucidon, author of Chasing Light.

Feb. 10 | 11 a.m. | Main Library 
Glass City Black Comix Fest
Artists will connect with youth, parents and educators during conversations and workshops.

Feb. 14 | 6 p.m. | Main Library 
Poetry Speaks! African American Read-In 
Celebrate the beauty and power of African American poetry by reading a short favorite poem or excerpt (not your own, but published), family friendly, and no longer than a 5 minute time slot. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required only to read.
