For a walk on the wild side, take a Vineyard Adventure, after hours at the Toledo Zoo, on Friday, June 7, 7 - 9 p.m.

Enjoy gourmet wines that celebrate the Land Down Under ? Australia! The evening also includes tasty hors d'oeuvres and mingling, plus the crowd favorite, Jeff Stewart, singing and playing the guitar. As an added bonus, this Vineyard Adventure features an exclusive experience with the popular new Wallaby Walk-thru. These gentle animals are kangaroos’ marsupial cousins, and the Walk-thru lets you get closer than ever before.

The June 7 Vineyard Adventure makes an Aus-some date night, a great girls’ night out or just a fun getaway with friends. You deserve it!

You must be 21 or over to attend any Vineyard Adventure. Tickets must be purchased in advance and reservations are required. Tickets are $35 for Zoo members and $40 for non-members.

Mark your calendar for a return daytime visit to explore Wild Walkabout, sponsored by Mercy, which takes you to the fascinating natural world of Australia. Your adventure starts with the Wallaby Walk-thru and continues with dingoes, kookaburras and more. In the Reptile House, check out the huge saltwater crocodile brought here by Block Communications, Inc., along with some of Australia’s deadliest snakes. Or relax in the Museum of Science with a Great Barrier Reef exhibit that showcases the intrigue of Australia’s coastal waters. Everywhere you walk about is wild!
