For the second year in a row, the holiday season in our area just got even bigger, brighter…and louder!
The Toledo Zoo is excited to announce it has once again been chosen as the charity beneficiary of Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s two spectacular concerts on Friday, December 1 at 3:30 and 8 p.m. at The Huntington Center! The world-renowned band, known for their multi-dimensional rock opera live shows, will donate $1 from each ticket sold for both concerts to the Zoo’s conservation initiatives.
Trans-Siberian Orchestra has been named by Billboard as one of the top touring artists of the past decade. Their $20 million-plus production has entertained over 100 million people in more than 80 cities, sold upwards of $280 million worth of tickets and presented more than $11 million to charity.
“The Toledo Zoo is very proud to have been chosen by Trans-Siberian Orchestra as their charity beneficiary. We are excited to have their creativity, innovation and enthusiasm in support of our conservation efforts and mission,” said Toledo Zoo’s executive director, Jeff Sailer.
