A growing hub of prime retail and living areas, brings activity and excitement to downtown Toledo, the St. Clair Village consist of five historic buildings in downtown Toledo’s warehouse district close to other attractions including as the Valentine Theater, Erie Street Market and Fifth Third Field, home of the Toledo Mud Hens.

The St. Clair Village was created through a non-profit 510c3 organization, which obtained grants and loans to fund the project, which includes 11 residential loft/apartments and six commercial spaces.

Downtown Latte ( www.downtownlatte.com), a European style coffee house, offers great coffee drinks and snacks in a nice, quiet setting with table clothes on every table. Downtown Latte serves only free trade coffee and teas.

Socrates Café serves great food and drinks at one exciting location. This unique eatery includes Cold Fusion Creamery ice cream, a wine bar and is quickly becoming showcase for other specialty food providers and restaurants. If you’re looking for more food visit The Market on St. Clair.

St. Clair Village also has the Fastenal Company ( www.fastenel.com), a national hardware/construction chain that provides goods to large contractors and construction companies. The Fastenal Company was a major supplier of parts and materials for the cable stay bridge crossing and the Toledo Public School rebuilding program.

Need for More national foundation has also found a home in St. Clair Village and coordinates operations with the Strahanan Foundation ( www.stranahanfoundation.org).
