Holland, Ohio, located near the western area of Toledo, has strong community roots and booming businesses which began in the 1860s with a blacksmith shop, general store and hardware store. Holland was named in 1867 and incorporated in 1923. Holland also has a rich history in railroads and plans to open historical rail park soon. Today, this quiet residential area has many shopping centers, local restaurants and golf courses.
