Books 4 Buddies, Inc. (founded in 2012) by Toure McCord. It is a campaign that encourages literacy campaign that encourages literacy and provides leisure reading materials FREE of charge to underprivileged and/or disadvantaged youth, especially boys, in the Toledo and surrounding communities. B4B is led by a diverse group of male teenage AMBASSADORS who attend public and private high schools. Targeted as recipients for B4B donations are beginning readers and youth adults up to age 18 who lack resources to purchase books of their own. They can receive new and gently used books annually through the B4B campaign.
