FOCUS provides hope, a home, and independence for over 100 households each year that find themselves unhoused. Our referral process is primarily through the community's family emergency shelter system.
FOCUS offers independent transitional housing for up to 18 months, or longer term permanent housing for those adults with families experiencing a disabling condition that has prevented housing stability.
Our goal is to provide housing, case management, employment resources, and life skills for individuals to gain skills so they never become homeless again.
