Junior Achievement is the world's largest non-profit organization dedicated to educating students about work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. JA programs help prepare young people to own their future economic success.

JA lessons are delivered to area k-12 classrooms during the school day by volunteers from the community over the course of 5, 6, or 7 visits. Students put these lessons into action to help strengthen themselves and their community. All program materials are provided to volunteers, as well as training and support.
