The NLJ Foundation is committed to serving the community through a hands- on approach. We strive to improve the lives of others not just by giving hand outs, but helping them help themselves. By doing so, we can build a better community for future generations to come.

Our mission is to provide educational and recreational activities in a safe and secure facility for the entire community; focusing on bringing together, stabilizing and supporting the family members and their traditions. We are staffed and equipped to conduct a wide range of quality services focused on the complete individual by implementing programs and workshops involving self-discovery, creative arts, and health. The sole purpose of our foundation is to improve the quality of life for all family members in need of our services in the community in which we serve.

Example programs/services include: Summer Education Program to Students 7-14, Back to School Drive Program, Thanksgiving Basket Food Drive,  Coat Drive, Christmas Toy & Food Drive.
