Tell us more about some of your past projects?

Well, I have done Volo at the Health and Wellness Center on Monroe Street. I helped build Hensville. We built the tables and fencing for NINE and Fleetwoods. I have also worked with the Toledo Museum of art on building a project for Morgan Stanley and the Libbey Foundation for a monument for the Libbeys.

What current projects are you working on?

Right now we are working with ProMedica, Stranahan ,and various builders in the area.

What advantages does being in Northwest Ohio/Toledo offer your efforts?

Well its central to all the major cities in the area which is a big plus for delivery time. Plus, Toledo it is easy as an artist to manufacture in because of the low cost of rent and access to all our manufacturing needs.

Tell us about one of your greatest successes.

So far, it has been ECHO the new sculpture made from the steam stacks off the old Edison steam plant downtown on the river.

Tell us who or what gives you inspiration?

Life, nature, people, amazing pieces of work done by artists before me. I believe that is the core of my inspiration.

Tell us about your background.

Well I have a degree in machining I worked for a company called MTS Seating INC. for 12.5 years. While there, I learned a lot about manufacturing such as Welding, Powdercoating, Upholstery, Steel Press Operations, and keen eye to detail when building a quality product. About 6 years ago, I started taking blacksmithing lessons at Toledo Museum of art.

Favorite place for local culture?

I love the Toledo Museum of Art and the culture and art it holds. I like to catch a ball game when I have time or see a play at the Stranahan Theater or TMA Peristyle. Also I like to try to see local shows as well. Also, you can't forget the Toledo Zoo.

If you could change anything about the current landscape for creative, progressive people . . .

Come up with more programs to help teach the business side of being creative. I have found in my success that is a very limited resource that a lot of artists need in order to grow.

I have worked with Davide Salvadore in the past, which has been a big success in my future moving forward.
