Event Details:

Lourdes Lifelong Learning Presents: "Roaming Around the Roman Empire". Explore the history of art in this final of four available lectures presented in chronological order. In Roaming Around the Roman Empire, learn about this huge empire that lasted a thousand years and became a melting pot that absorbed and adapted art from many different cultures. Unless otherwise stated, the classes are held at various Lourdes University classroom locations, 6832 Convent Blvd., in Sylvania.


Instructor: Chris Rilling 


Mr. Rilling is both an educator and artist. After receiving a Masters in Art Education from University of Toledo, Chris taught art and art history at Owens Community College and Northview High School.

Cost per lecture: $20 members; $32 non-members
