GENERAL EVENT NOTICE: Due to recent concern over the spread of the corona virus, Toledo.com suggests confirming with the actual organizers that this event is still proceeding as planned.

Event Details:
Let’s begin our inward journey by going outside to the garden! Inspired by the natural environment, Jenn McCullough will lead the group in a 1-hour yoga practice sure to energize and relax. Next, we move into a 1-1/2 hour Forest Bathing Walk led by Jewels Daugherty, where you will connect with your body even more by using all of your senses. The intermingling of these two practices allows you to drop the stories of life and just be with yourself in the moment.

Please arrive by 1:45 pm at Campsite #6. We will start our class right at 2 pm. This is a rain or shine event, so please dress for movement and the weather. We will practice yoga in the shelter in the case of inclement weather. Please bring a small daypack to hold your personal items, yoga mat, blanket, water, and umbrella (if needed). Wear layers!

For additional info or questions, please contact Jewels at (419) 699-3169 ‬juliedtoledo@aol.com or Jenn at (419) 266-9642 or Integrationyogawithjenn@gmail.com.
