Event Details:

In recognition of the 44th Anniversary of the loss of the S.S. Edmund Fitzgerald, the National Museum of the Great Lakes is offering special programming to help visitors better understand the historic event. Participants will take a 75-minute private group tour using the Col. James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship to highlight the tragic stream of events. They will conclude their visit with a viewing of the museum’s hour-long documentary A Good Ship and Crew Well Seasoned: The Fitzgerald and Her Legacy. COST: $20 (NMGL members); $25 (non-members); Includes tour, documentary viewing and museum admission.
