Event Details:
Girls entering grades 5-8 will practice a variety of pose sequences designed to help them discover greater strength, flexibility, and stress-relief. Asanas (postures) are practiced at an age appropriate pace with attention to alignment, meditation, mindfulness, and self-acceptance. All levels of yoga experience welcome!
