the Foundational Yoga Class of TMI: this class honors the Kripalu tradition of compassionate self-awareness and is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Expect a gentle adaptable flow rooted in Mindfulness, breath, and intuitive movement. Each class is co-created with the energy and needs of those in the room and has time for Self Guided Practice: a time for you to move at the speed of trust with your body and practice moving from your body’s own wisdom. Great for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
