Welcome to a warm and authentic Ukrainian culinary and cultural experience inspired by Maslynytsia – the joyful tradition of welcoming spring with golden crepes and heartfelt connection.
Guests will cook together as they learn how to prepare nalysnyky – Ukrainian filled crepes made from a simple, universal, freezer-friendly batter. Participants will make and taste both sweet and savory versions: a sweet cottage cheese & berry filling, and savory crepes with meat filling.
Everyone will also enjoy taking part in a beautiful Maslynytsia sun ritual and discovering Ukrainian traditions, symbolism, and the cultural stories that live inside this beloved dish.
