Join us for an empowering self-love experience created by and for Black women, centering our hearts—literally and figuratively. This gathering is a safe, affirming space to rest, reflect, and reconnect while learning how self-care and stress reduction play a vital role in preventing heart disease, the leading cause of death among Black women.
Together, we’ll explore how daily stress, burnout, and lack of rest impact our heart health—and how choosing ourselves is a radical and necessary act of love.
