Event Details:

Every so often the sun, moon, and Earth align just right to put on a show. In the early morning hours of March 3th, Toledo will experience the spectacle of a total lunar eclipse. Watch the moon turn red as it moves through the Earth's shadow with Metroparks naturalists and amateur astronomer Jim Gasser, who will explain the science behind the spectacle. Bring a camp chair (recommended), and dress for the weather.

Adults and 8+. No cost.
Meet at Howard Marsh Metropark, Howard Marsh East (Phase 1) map kiosk
