Our Healing Circles continue this month with a journey into the Root Chakra, the energetic foundation that supports feelings of safety, stability, and belonging.

After opening the Heart Chakra in our last gathering, we now move downward to strengthen our roots — reconnecting with grounding energy, physical presence, and inner security during uncertain and stressful times.

This Healing Circle may include guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, breathwork, gentle movement, and grounding practices designed to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

Experience deep relaxation, renewal, and energetic support in a welcoming and inclusive space.
