The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio invites families and community members to join us for our 3rd Annual Purple Day Egg Hunt, a fun, welcoming celebration designed for kids and families of all backgrounds.
This FREE, in-person event is open to the public, and an epilepsy diagnosis is not required to participate. Our goal is simple: create a joyful community experience while raising awareness and fostering inclusion.
Purple Day is an international grassroots movement dedicated to increasing awareness, understanding, and support for people affected by epilepsy around the world. Each year on March 26, communities everywhere are encouraged to wear purple and come together to show support.
What to expect:
-
Egg hunts for kids
-
Hands-on crafts and activities
-
Door prizes and surprises
-
Light refreshments
-
A friendly, inclusive environment celebrating community connection
Parent or guardian supervision of all children is required for the entirety of the event.
Purple Day is about visibility, understanding, and belonging. Whether you are personally affected by epilepsy, supporting someone who is, or simply looking for a fun family event, we welcome you to celebrate with us.
Come wear purple, have fun, and help shine a light on epilepsy awareness in our community.
