Healing Circle – Twice a Month! 

Join us for a powerful and rejuvenating Healing Circle—happening twice a month! This gathering offers a rotating blend of healing modalities, including Reiki energy healing, breathwork, guided meditation, walking meditations in nature, gentle movement, and more.

We are also welcoming guest healers to bring fresh perspectives and practices, making each session a unique opportunity for self-care and transformation.

This session: Spring Awakening
As we move into the energy of spring, this Healing Circle focuses on aligning with themes of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. Together, we’ll transition from a space of inner reflection into upward movement and expansion, planting energetic seeds for what we are ready to grow in our lives.

Through guided meditation, we’ll work with Sankalpa (intention-setting)—connecting to what you are calling in, whether that be creativity, opportunity, healing, or personal goals. Breathwork will be woven throughout to support energetic flow, followed by a gentle Reiki session to help ground, integrate, and restore balance.

Experience deep relaxation, renewal, and alignment in a supportive and uplifting space.
