Continuing our Chakra Series, this Healing Circle focuses on the Solar Plexus Chakra—the center of personal power, confidence, motivation, and direction.

This is more than just a meditation—it’s a deeper exploration of the Solar Plexus, including a guided journey to connect with your inner fire, strengthen self-trust, and realign with your sense of purpose. Breathwork and energy work will support clearing blocks and restoring balance, followed by grounding and integration.

As part of this ongoing series, this session also includes a unique handout specific to the Solar Plexus Chakra, offering additional insights, correspondences, and tools to continue your work beyond the circle.
