In celebration of Minority Health Month, join us for a hands-on, interactive cooking class focused on heart health. Participants will explore cardiovascular wellness, disparities that impact underserved communities and practical, family-friendly ways to support heart health using culturally relevant foods. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ProMedica Ebeid Center, 2nd Floor Ebeid Center Kitchen (1806 Madison Ave., Toledo, OH 43604).
