Sound Bath @ The Toledo Club

Toledo Club is hosting their next Sound Bath Saturday, April 25 at 11:30 am! This deeply immersive, full body listening experience uses various sound instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to create a meditative space and induce relaxation. There are numerous benefits of a Sound Bath for both men and women, including stress reduction, improved sleep, and enhanced relaxation, potentially leading to better overall well-being. This special event led by Jen Brown, Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor and Certified Advanced Sound Healing Practitioner, will be in the 5th floor Garden studio.
