May the Fourth Be with You - Star Wars Celebration

Calling all Star Wars fans! Join the Way Library and Wood County Park District for an evening celebrating one of the world’s most beloved sci-fi stories. Stop by for self-guided activities like Star Wars crafts, games and an Ewok search!

The library will be leading a story time at 6:30 pm. At 7:00, join park naturalists to meet animals like those in the Star Wars universe. At 8:00, join a naturalist and a jedi escort as we set out on evening patrol around the nature preserve to see what calls the preserve home, and scan for any intruders.

Costumes are highly encouraged -- search for Ewoks in your favorite Star Wars attire! No registration required.  Jedi Patrol Nature Hike and placement of outdoor activities is weather dependent. Sign up for the Jedi Patrol Nature Hike on the program registration page.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. The Jedi Patrol Nature Hike may be considered too spooky for some minors – parental discretion is advised.
