Event Details:
Join us for an evening of education and activism!

We will be joined by four important leaders in the Toledo community:

Toledo Council Member, Nick Komives - "Don't Dismiss the Queer Community - Holding our leaders accountable". Councilmember Komives will hold a discussion on how we hold elected officials accountable in support of LGBTQIA+ people. No more hiding behind statements - we must monitor actions.

Founder of The Collective, Taren Lutchey - will talk about how and why The Collective was created and formed and the important role it plays within the queer community of color here in Toledo.

The Rev. Barb Reszko, LCSW - will discuss about the importance of allyship within the community and offer some ideas on how to become a better ally to our friends in the queer community.

Toledo-Lucas County Health Educator, Joseph Wood - will educate us about the issues faced and the importance of gender affirming healthcare in the queer community.
