Event Details:
Jenn McCullough will lead the group in a soothing Hatha yoga practice, acknowledging the aspects of joy, play, and freedom!
Rebecca Black will use therapeutic crystal bowls during an extensive Shavasana experience. This works with the chakras on a more subtle, yet powerful level.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
