Saturday, July 18, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Explore a flexible, evidence-based approach to eating more plants in this hands-on culinary medicine class led by local family physician and certified culinary medicine specialist Dr. Humaira Lateef. Participants will prepare and sample mixed lentils with bulgar, naan, and pickled red onions while learning about the nutritional benefits of plant proteins. Class fee is $50.
