Making Your Own Herbal Tinctures

Saturday, July 18, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Discover how to make and use herbal tinctures, a concentrated form of herbal medicine made from fresh and dried plants. Participants will learn several preparation methods, how to read tincture labels, and the difference between single-herb and blended formulas. Everyone will make and take home a pint jar of their own folk method-prepared tincture blend. Class fee is $55.
