Event Details:
Friday, July 24, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Unwind at the end of the week with an evening of guided breathing, meditation, and immersive sound. Participants will relax while listening to the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other instruments, exploring how vibrational sound can support relaxation and personal well-being. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided. Class fee is $40.
