Toledo Clinic Centennial Health Fair - Saturday, August 22nd from 9am-1pm at the Secor Road Main Campus.  Drug Take-Back, BP/BMI checks, social work resources, information on patient portal assistance, Weight Management Program, Culinary & Lifestyle Medicine Program, Diabetes Prevention, Pulmonary Function Testing, Home Sleep Studies, Asthma, COPD, Cognitive Behavorial Therapy for Insominia, Surgery Clearance, Cardiology along with the YMCA, 30 minute introductory sessions from Toledo Yoga, face painting, food trucks and more.
