Science After Dark: Hoedown Showdown at Imagination Station

WANTED: Adults, 21+, in need of a good time. 

So dust off your boots, saddle up and ride on over to Science After Dark: Hoedown Showdown. It’ll be a rootin', tootin', good time full of spurs, spirits and science. Trust us, this isn’t our first rodeo, and we can prove it to you. 

Workshops: 

• Metal Casting: Drop in to this workshop and create your own keychain-sized boot or rattlesnake out of liquid metal ($10)

• Whiskey Tasting: Discover the flavorful range of three different whiskeys in this unique experience hosted by Toledo Spirits ($20)

Activities: 

• Mechanical bull riding: The closest you’ll get to the rodeo arena. So hold on tight. 

• Line dancing lessons: Try out your best boot scootin’ boogie

• Hobby Horse racing: The next best thing to horseback riding

• Lasso Roping: Can you swing it?

• Beer pong: Don’t be all hat and no cattle
