On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Heart & Soul will be hosting the 3rd Inspiring Insightful Conversations with special guest speaker, Alexis Eggenberger, MBA, LISW-S, BCBA,  Director of Autism Services, Avenues for Autism. This event will take place at Thomas M. Wernert Center (208 W. Woodruff Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43604) from 5:30pm-8pm. The topic of conversation this year is “Anxiety & Depression in Neurodivergent Individuals”.

This event is offered FREE to the community but offers sponsorship opportunities to help support the cause and keep the event FREE!

Proceeds will go to recovery-based programming and services at Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare (NOBH), and programs and services for members of the Thomas M Wernert Center, a community center for those living with mental illness.
