Event Details:

Known as New Orleans' "Folk Rock Diva," Lilli Lewis is a powerhouse composer, pianist, and performer who has spent over two decades bending genre to her will—gliding effortlessly between folk, soul, gospel, country, and jazz. Classically trained as an opera singer and pianist, and shaped by New Orleans legends like Dirty Dozen Brass Band's Kirk Joseph, Lewis brings a rare combination of technical mastery and raw, unfiltered emotion to every song she sings.

Lewis's acclaim speaks for itself. NPR's Jewly Hight has praised her "storytelling with transformative empathy and classically trained poise," while The Kennedy Center has called her a "powerhouse performer adding her unique voice and talent to the national discussion of the state of social justice in America." Her album Americana earned raves across the board, with critics celebrating its jaw-dropping vocals and sharp, unflinching lyricism as one of the standout records of its year.
