Event Details:

Bittersweet is partnering with the Maumee Public Library to showcase 40 pieces of original artwork by artists with autism during the month of April for Autism Awareness Month. The exhibit, “Autism Takes Flight,” will feature paintings of North American birds created by Bittersweet’s artists. The exhibit includes both stylized and realistic representations in watercolor, acrylic and pastel, and showcases the talents and abilities of Bittersweet artists.

The exhibit will run from April 1 through April 22 and is free and open to the public during normal library hours. Visitors who take a picture of themselves at the exhibit and post to social media using the hashtag “#AutismTakesFlight” will be entered into a raffle* to win a bird print of their choice! The Maumee Library Branch is located at 501 River Road, Maumee, OH 43537.

*Those who participate in the contest must follow Bittersweet on one social media channel in order to be eligible to win an art print.
