The Needle Arts Guild of Toledo will hold its 43rd Annual Needlework Show at the Sanger Branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library, 3030 W. Central Ave., Toledo, on Friday, Sept. 21 and Saturday, Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, Sept. 23 from 12 to 4 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public. The show features a variety of fiber and beading techniques done by local and regional needle artists. These include surface stitchery, art quilts and other contemporary fiber media. Guild members will demonstrate techniques throughout the show.

The Needle Arts Guild of Toledo meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio, 1701 Holland Road, Maumee. It is a Chapter of the Embroiderers’ Guild of America, Inc.

The mission of The Embroiderers’ Guild of America is to inspire passion for the needle Arts through education and the celebration of its heritage.
