The Arts Commission and Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur will celebrate the creativity and artistic talent of area youth with the 36th annual Ninth Congressional District Invitational Art Exhibition. Art teachers from high schools within Ohio’s Ninth District nominated up to three two-dimensional student artworks for display. From these exhibited artworks, several will be selected to receive awards by a jury composed of art educators, local artists, and representatives from institutions sponsoring awards. The awards will be announced at the Toledo reception on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 from 4-6 p.m.

For the sixth year, The Arts Commission and Congresswoman Kaptur are partnering with Baldwin Wallace University to travel the Ninth Congressional District Invitational Art Exhibition from Toledo, OH for an additional exhibition in Berea, OH on Baldwin Wallace University’s campus.
