Music under the Stars is a free concert series at the Toledo Zoo on Sunday evenings in the summertime. This year, the Zoo is excited to highlight the many musical talents found in community bands throughout our region and freshen up this long-standing Toledo tradition!

Join us for more of these fantastic free concerts beginning at 7:30 p.m. on the following Sundays:

July 7- Fostoria Community Band

July 14- Maumee Community Band

July 21- Genoa American Legion Band

July 28- CedarCreek Church as part of Christmas in July

Aug 4- Cakewalkin’ Jass Band

Aug 11- Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra supported by Taylor Automotive Family

Concerts will be emceed by 13abc anchor, Tony Geftos.

“The Fostoria Community Band is definitely excited to perform at a venue like the Zoo. Being part of Music under the Stars is a big opportunity for our band. We will be presenting March On, which pays tribute to America’s armed forces and is very appropriate for the Sunday after Independence Day,” said director, Craig McKenzie.

Concessions, including local craft beer on draft, pretzels, pizza, caramel corn, popcorn, hot dogs, hamburgers and ice cream novelties and more will be available for purchase.

The Amphitheatre will open at 6:30 p.m. Zoo parking rates and policies apply. Zoo admission does not apply, as concerts happen after Zoo hours.
