Never Stop Exploring the Toledo Story

Toledo Time Travels  |  By Tedd Long  |  03/21/2020 9:00 am

In times like this, many of us are looking for ways to feel inspired and to connect with one another during days when we all feel disconnected and detached. Thanks to digital technology and our mobile phones, we can still be inspired by our past even though our local history venues are temporarily closed.

Now's the perfect time to explore the free local history content available from various online resources. This material comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some are based on academic research, others are based on personal stories posted via social media. A few even include interactive tours so you and your family can use your mobile phone to get out and experience history firsthand while still practicing social distancing.

If you are looking for something to do and want to learn some history while you're doing it, here's a list to get you started.
