Once again, we've compiled a comprehensive list of all the frightful and fun Halloween happenings in the Toledo area. Wander through a 12 acres of corn, filled with twists and turns. Aside from the mazes (there are three of them), there are many exciting things to see and do at Kackleberry Farm! Enjoy a hayride, bonfire, barrel train ride, visiting with barnyard friends, corn toss, tether ball games, "Corn Popper" inflatable, rubber duck races, Little Farmers Playland, Kackleberry Rollers, No-Right-Turn Maze, pig races, Nana’s Pumpkin Patch, steer roping and unlimited visits to the Cornfield Mazes. It’s an all-day pass, so you are free to come and go during the farm’s operating hours.

Trick-or-treat around the Zoo and enjoy stories, songs, magic, music and more.

Get a double dose of awesome autumn afternoon fun with a train ride on a steam locomotive and a pick-your-own pumpkin treat; or ride the non-scary Halloween train after dark and view the decoraiton; or choose the non-scary trick or treat ride. The train departs every 15 minutes to the pumpkin patch.
Admission: $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Additional charge for pumpkins; purchase of pumpkin is not required.

Family Fall Festival

October 15, 

Join us for Family Fall Festival at the Ft. Meigs YMCA. A members-only, timed-entry event features pumpkin decorating and snacks.

Wood County History Museum - Bowling Green

Scarecrow Contest and Workshop

October 13, 

Join in on the fun of the fall tradition of building scarecrows. We provide the straw, string, support pole, and refreshments; you bring scarecrow clothes, decoration, and support for the scarecrow’s back and arms (to attach to the display pole, if needed). You can take it home or enter it in our 19th Annual Scarecrow Contest to win cash prizes.

Little Boo at the Zoo

Purchase your tickets now for this safe Halloween experience, with all activities outdoors, trick-or-treat stations staggered throughout Zoo grounds for social distancing, masks required while interacting with our staff and volunteers and plenty of handwashing stations. Toledo Metroparks Trunk or Treat
October 13, 15 and 20 at various parks.

Family-friendly Halloween fun, all from the safety of your own vehicle. Take a slow drive through a Metroparks parking lot and gather all the sweet tricks and treats you can as you enjoy the festively frightening décor. Just pull up to each stop, hang your bag or bucket outside your window, and let the treats come to you. You are encouraged to wear your costume, decorate your car and be ready for a spooky good time.

Pumpkin Path - Toledo Zoo
