One of Shakespeare’s best-known comedies, Twelfth Night follows Viola, posing as a man, who enters the service of the Duke Orsino and falls in love with him. Meanwhile, Viola's identical twin Sebastian arrives, and is quickly confused for Viola’s male persona. The story revolves around the “madness of love” as jealousy, mistaken Identity, and cross-dressing lead to fights and duels. Since it’s a comedy, all ends well, but how it happens is why people continue to perform the Bard’s great works.
