On Thursday, April 11th, Toledo School for the Arts will host the 7th annual Junior Division Art Exhibition.

Hosted by Lydia Horvath and Liz Hayes, this one-night-only event features at least one piece from every student in 6th grade introductory art classes, 7th grade introductory art classes, and year-long junior division art electives - that's well over 200 students represented! The week before the show, staff and faculty are given the chance to award a blue ribbon to a piece that really "speaks to them" - they even write what they liked about the piece on the back of the ribbon for the student to read and keep. Art for the exhibition is selected to highlight the students' best work, and to create an interesting variety throughout the show. TSA’s Parents' Organization generously funds a tasty spread of refreshments for this open house-style event.

The Junior Division Art Exhibition runs from 6-8pm in the TSA Attic Theatre Thursday, April 11th. Admission to the exhibition is free to the public and all friends and families are welcome.
