Seussical is a magical, fantastic musical which brings to life several beloved Dr. Seuss characters, including The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, all the Whos of Whoville, and JoJo, a young “thinker of strange and wonderful thinks.” The Cat in the Hat takes the audience into The Jungle of Nool where he finds Horton, the kind-hearted elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing Whoville. Horton faces several challenges when he decides to protect the residents of Whoville while also watching over an abandoned egg left in his care by Mayzie la Bird. Seussical weaves a story of friendship, loyalty, and love.
