Toledo Library and Lucas County Children Services Partner to Help Local Foster Parents

The Toledo Lucas County Public Library (TLCPL) and Lucas County Children Services (LCCS) are proud to announce Becoming a Foster Parent. These informational programs will discuss the process of becoming a foster parent and share the ways foster parents are supported by both TLCPL and LCCS.

TLCPL strives to aide foster parents by providing educational help for kids with Homework Helper, Kindergarten readiness, free access to and more. The Library also hosts financial literacy programs, healthy cooking classes, storytimes and other resources.
