Dear Metroparks Members and Supporters,

We hope that you and your family are staying safe. It is in challenging times like these that we remember and appreciate our Metroparks community. As our nation responds to this unprecedented situation, your Metroparks are essential places where our community can escape and relax in nature. Parks are more important now than ever. We especially thank partners like you for supporting our mission.

Metroparks offer safe places for people to stay healthy - physically and mentally. With 12,000 acres of parkland and 180 miles of trails, there is plenty of space for you to get outside while practicing social distancing. Your Metroparks are open during normal hours, 7 a.m. until dark, every day.  We encourage you to download a Metroparks map and discover a Metropark you didn't know. Playgrounds and public facilities are closed, but restrooms remain open. Visitors are asked to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing.  For more information and the latest updates, please visit our COVID19 Update page.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks. We know that your Metroparks are important to you. That's why our team of park experts are working to create new virtual programs and experiences to connect you to the incredible nature spaces you love. More to come soon!

Again, stay safe and thank you for your incredible partnership! Together we are providing for our community.
