Toledo Lucas County Public Library knows schooling is different this year and whether you are teaching or learning, we're here to help. We have put together a new Education Page as a one-stop shop to gather all Library resources relevant to education.

The Library is here to support:

  • Teachers managing the challenges of online and hybrid classrooms
  • Parents or caregivers who are homeschooling
  • Anyone trying to help students be enthusiastic and engaged learners

You can request a class visit or book collection; watch recorded Library programs and storytimes; get student Library cards; sign up for booklists by email; search the catalog for Accelerated Reader books; and explore our topic collections. Helpful video links show how to access our learning, research, and reading resources.

In addition:

  • Live homework help and tutoring is available daily from noon to midnight at Tutor.com.
  • Free printable worksheets and activity pages on hundreds of topics can be found at Scholastic Teachables.
  • No printer at home? Contact your nearest library for help printing up to 10 free pages per day.

If you can’t find what you need on our webpage, please call 419.259.5200 or send an email to Ask a Librarian.
