To make the village as complete and charming as possible, the Metroparks also has added a large, common treehouse for day-use, a group campfire gathering place, connecting boardwalks, a canopy bridge and a crow's nest. As you might imagine, the Village has been extremely popular in these first few seasons and availability can be limited; weekends are booking up to 12 months out. For those open to sleeping under the stars, the Village’s tent platform availability has been a bit more open, and Oak Openings also has a more traditional campground area nearby.
Glamping goes eco-friendly at The Eco Camp. Located in the Oak Openings region and convenient to the Toledo airport, the Camp operates year-round and is environmentally friendly as it is off-grid.
