Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo Announces Completion of Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

Woodland Real Estate Group is pleased to announce both the upcoming opening of the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo in September and the completion of a multi-million dollar renovation which has been ongoing from 2022 till the present. As part of its continued investments in its portfolio of hotels and restaurants, Woodland Real Estate Group purchased the former Radisson- branded hotel in December 2021. Located on the University of Toledo’s Health Science Campus, the Delta Hotels by Marriott will now offer a top to bottom newly renovated hotel and expansive food & beverage operations, including catering and a full restaurant and bar open to the public.

The renovation and upgrades to the hotel includes guestrooms & suites, hallways & elevator landings, elevators, lobby & front desk, event & meeting space, full-service Axis Restaurant & Bar, public restrooms, state-of-the-art multi-level fitness center, indoor swimming pool, expansive outdoor complimentary parking lot, hydration machines on each floor, and Starbucks-serving coffee shop. In addition, brand new convenience outlets were added, such as a sundry shop and Marriott Bonvoy member-exclusive Delta Pantry.

The 212 newly renovated accommodations provide a safe and relaxing escape with modern, timeless interiors and upgraded amenities. Each guestroom features sleek furniture, headboards with built-in lighting and charging/USB outlets, convenient workspaces, unique artwork, and enhanced lighting.
