City of Toledo Introduces a New Way to Pay Your Water Bill

Toledo Department of Public Utilities will launch MyTOL, a new and improved water customer portal, on October 21, 2024.
Customers will have full access to their water accounts anytime, anywhere, through both an online portal and mobile app. Designed for customer convenience, MyTOL offers a streamlined, user-friendly experience for managing bills, making payments, and reviewing account history—all from the comfort of your computer or smartphone.
Important Dates to Know:

October 11, 2024 at 3 p.m.:
The online billing portal will be unavailable while upgrades are made. Customers whose bills are due before the new portal is available on October 21 will need to find an alternative payment method. -
October 21, 2024:
The all-new MyTOL customer portal will be available for customers to register and the MyTOL mobile app will be available for download in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The MyTOL portal and app make it easy to handle everything—from paperless billing to text-to-pay—with just a few clicks.
