Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo Announces Completion of Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

Woodland Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that after an extensive and thorough full property renovation, the Delta Hotels by Marriott is now open on campus at the University of Toledo. As part of its continued investments in its portfolio of hotels and restaurants, Woodland Real Estate Group purchased the former Radisson-branded hotel in December 2021. The Delta Hotels by Marriott offers well-appointed guestrooms and an expansive food & beverage operation, including catering and full restaurant and bar open to the public.

The renovation and upgrades to the hotel includes guestrooms & suites, hallways & elevator landings, elevators, lobby & front desk, event & meeting space, full-service Axis Restaurant & Bar, public restrooms, state-of-the-art multi-level fitness center, indoor swimming pool, expansive outdoor complimentary parking lot, hydration machines on each floor, and Starbucks serving coffee shop. In addition, brand new convenience outlets were added, such as a sundry shop and Bonvoy Marriott member-exclusive Delta Pantry.

In addition to a full-time staff to service the Hotel, as part of its commitment to the Toledo community the Hotel will offer Hospitality Management in training internships for rising and/or graduating Toledo Public School Seniors each year starting in 2025. Last month Toledo’s City Council, by a vote of 11 to 1, approved a loan guarantee for the renovations and development of the Hotel, demonstrating the community’s support!
